Narasimha Chaturdashi – Appearance Day of Lord Narasimha

About the Festival

Narasimha Chaturdashi marks the divine appearance of Lord Narasimha, the half-man, half-lion incarnation of Lord Krishna, who protects His devotees and destroys evil. This sacred day falls on the 14th day (Chaturdashi) of the waxing moon in the month of Vaishakha.
